Constellr has offices in the European capital, Brussels, situated between the attractive Etterbeek and Watermael districts and in beautiful Freiburg, in southwest Germany, bordering the Black Forest and in close proximity to France and Switzerland.



The role

We are looking for an exceptional team player with a strong hands-on mentality. You have an outstanding sense of comprehension and will be involved in all technical matters as the right hand of our CTO. You love to keep many balls in the air while remaining focused. By means of a positive attitude, analytical mind, and a good sense of humor it’s easy one for you to connect with your colleagues and make sure deadlines are met even with competing priorities.


You will be involved with

  • To engage with members from our technical, commercial, and product teams to ensure you really know what’s going on in all departments with interfaces to the CTO

  • To create and maintain transparency across the various technical projects running in parallel. You know who’s working on what and where possible conflicting priorities need to be flagged as soon as possible.

  • To own, write, and coordinate funding applications. You’re not put off by collecting inputs from your colleagues and coordinating form submissions within fixed deadlines.

  • Coordinate, prepare, and attend meetings together with the CTO and own the follow-up on actions.

  • To really make a contribution in helping us efficiently develop our satellites and data-related infrastructure, to scale fast, and to revolutionize the agricultural system!


Job requirements

Your skills & experience

  • A technical / engineering / scientific degree with an affinity for business matters OR a business degree coupled with a high, demonstrable affinity for technical matters.

  • A high sense of ownership: you feel responsible for what you do; you like to get stuff done and meeting deadlines feels very natural to you.

  • An engaging and social team-player spirit, with a strong motivation to become the right hand of our CTO

  • The ability to work meticulously and analytically and be results-oriented

  • Very good written as well as spoken English and German

  • Prior working experience (internships are also fine)
