Turn groundbreaking thermal intelligence into lasting government partnerships.
Job description
Our Mission
At constellr, we're harnessing the power of space to solve one of Earth’s greatest challenges: climate resilience & security in a changing world. Our thermal satellite constellation delivers the most accurate land surface temperature data on the market, equipping commercial players, governments, defence agencies, and global institutions with the thermal intelligence they need to make strategic decisions– from national security and infrastructure to agriculture and climate resilience.
As a fast-scaling company with offices in Brussels, Freiburg, Munich, Washington and Toulouse, our multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and strategists is building the future of space-based Earth observation
Location: This position is offered on a remote basis in Germany, ideally. We have offices in Munich, Berlin, and Freiburg; therefore, a commutable distance to these offices would be great to meet up with the Commercial Sales & Leadership Teams. We will, however, consider Europe (with travel) for exceptional candidates - alongside relocation support if possible to Munich or Berlin.
Your Role
We are seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial Account Executive to help convert our fast-growing global interest into long-term relationships and contracts. You will drive daily sales execution, manage our pipeline, and ensure structured follow-up across government and commercial accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn, build, and grow within a dynamic team shaping the future of European space intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow accounts across government, commercial, and prime partners.
Collaborate through CRM (HubSpot) and develop custom reports and dashboards.
Support proposal preparation, bid coordination, and presentations.
Build sales collateral and contribute to marketing and outreach efforts.
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent constellr.
Support consortium-based sales and partnership activities.
Collaborate with the product and technical teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Contribute to a high-performance, data-driven sales culture.
