Location:  This position is offered on a remote basis in Bristol or Bath, ideally - there will be some travel to meet locally for Talent Strategy & alignment projects with the Talent Manager.

Your Role

Whether you are a recruiter ready to make the move in-house and see the real impact of your work, or a Talent Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a People & Talent Associate, where you’ll help shape the teams behind cutting-edge satellite technology, advanced data & analytics, and world-class operations.

Reporting directly to our Talent Manager, you’ll be hands-on in finding, engaging, and hiring the exceptional people who power our innovation. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll gain full visibility of the hiring lifecycle — and help us build and refine the systems that scale our growth. This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to becoming permanent depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Support and lead recruitment across a range of roles — from satellite engineers to data scientists and operations specialists — managing sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and offer processes.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the Talent Manager and hiring leads to define hiring needs, shape job briefs, and align on recruitment strategy.

  • Headhunting & Talent Pipelining: Use your agency-honed sourcing skills to proactively identify and engage top talent across technical and commercial disciplines.

  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a smooth, engaging, and inclusive hiring journey that showcases our mission and culture.

  • Process & Systems: Work with the Talent Manager to enhance our recruitment tools, systems, and processes — ensuring scalability, efficiency, and great data visibility.

  • Employer Brand: Help craft compelling content and campaigns that bring our story to life and attract the brightest minds in the industry.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with teams across satellite technology, data & analytics, and operations to understand their work and build pipelines that support their long-term success.

This is the ideal next step for a recruiter who’s ready to go beyond KPIs and make a genuine business impact. You’ll move from “filling roles” to building teams that define the future — with support, mentorship, and growth opportunities in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
