The Role

We are seeking a candidate-centric Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a super exciting time as we approach our first satellite launch and next growth phase over the next 12 months with an opportunity for a permanent position based on performance and our business needs. You will play a pivotal part in attracting and securing the best professionals in our sector. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are currently in a recruitment agency looking to transition in-house, or for individuals with in-house experience at a similar high-tech company seeking their next challenge. 


Location – Ideally you will be based within commutable distance to Bristol or Bath City Centres, this role will require occasional meet-ups with the Talent Lead. We offer this position on a remote basis with flexible working. 




Job requirements

About you

Must have

  • A solid understanding of using Boolean and filter sourcing methodologies on Linked Recruiter.
  • A good level of experience searching and screening high technical roles, ideally across mechanical engineering, Data, Product, and Software.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – able to prioritise & influence.
  • Experience in building and engaging diverse candidate talent pools and pipelines.
  • Proactive and target-driven – you enjoy hitting deadlines and setting goals to achieve the best results.
  • Data-driven with the ability to report on candidate funnels and conversation rates.
  • Strong empathy and understanding of candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.


Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting with the space or climate sector.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems – ie (Greenhouse, Recruitee, Workable)
  • Proven success in placing candidates in Europe.
